As a registered member of LuckyPTC you have confirmed that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions indicated in our Terms of Service. They are non-negotiable and apply to all of our members and advertisers. The following terms have been divided into different categories.
1. USER ACCOUNT
1.1. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them. This also applies to your payment processor accounts which has to be unique and not shared with another user.
1.2. Only one account per computer is allowed to view advertisements. If more than one account in a single computer view advertisements, all of those accounts will be permanently suspended.
1.3. Your email address is protected from spam from LuckyPTC and will not be sold or exposed under any circumstances.
1.4. You can only view ads using one IP address within a 24 hours period. On the other hand, you can use multiple IP addresses to login. Any attempt to do otherwise may lead to the termination of your account. Logging in from proxies or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafes, etc.) is not allowed.
1.5. Accounts are not transferable.
1.6. No account information will be changed unless requested by the account holder.
1.7. We do not accept, under any circumstances, requests to change your username or upline.
1.8. We do not allow the exclusion of accounts, except by our criterion.
1.9. You have a duty to keep your password secure. We shall not be made liable for any improper access to your account because of incorrect password management. If you have lost your password go to our recovery section – Forgot Password – where we will solve this problem.
1.10. Any false information used when creating your account, or amendment thereof, may lead to suspension of your account.
2. REFERRALS
2.1. There is a maximum number of referrals that can be obtained per account. This value varies based on your account type and membership activity. The base values can be viewed in the Upgrade section.
2.2. You may only refer others from your household if they have a separate internet connection which results in a different IP address. Any attempts to use fake IP address or proxies will result in immediate termination of all accounts involved without notice.
2.3. We have a NO-SPAM policy at LuckyPTC and we expect our members to follow this policy when representing LuckyPTC. Any reports of blatant, unsolicited referral requests made en masse, will be investigated and dealt with accordingly.
2.4. LuckyPTC is not a pyramid scheme and does not award members for new sign-ups.
2.5. The renting of referrals is based on availability. If no referrals are available, please try again later.
2.6. Rented referrals are leased by the members of LuckyPTC for a period of time. It is your duty to make sure that the contract is renewed before the allotted time expires. If the contract expires, the referrals will be released and available for rent again.
2.7. Requests to change your up-line will not be accepted.
2.8. The money you earn with the click of yours referrals is directly related to the number of clicks you make. You must click at least X ads ( depends on your account type ). If you click less than the minimum required, the maximum you will receive is the amount of clicks made, multiplied by the number of your referrals. The clicks of these will always be calculated based on the clicks data of the previous day. Failure to click ads the previous day will result in no referral clicks credited the following day.
2.9. The clicks made by your referrals will be credited to your account instantly. However, depending on the server load, they can be credited within 24 hours.
3. FORUMS, GENERAL USER BEHAVIOR
3.1. Except from private topics, you have full access to our forums.
3.2. You can post in the forums after completing the registration process and logging in.
3.3. While using our services, you will respect other visitors/members/staff.
3.4. LuckyPTC does not tolerate racism, sexism or abusive comments from our members. Debates and discussions are fine, however we will not tolerate any rude attitudes, insults, meaningless inflammatory posts towards either our members or LuckyPTC staff.
3.5. There will be no form of advertising or promotional activity, not for you (as a disclosed referral link) or for any other person, organization or product.
3.6. Our forum will not be used to exchange or request money.
3.7. Making spam in our forums is irrevocably prohibited, regardless of the content discussed in these posts.
3.8. The posting of email addresses and other personal information to the forum is strictly prohibited. This is a security measure for your benefit, as posting such information can leave you open to malicious intent.
3.9. Any type of threat, intimidation or unfounded accusation against LuckyPTC or our members / staff, here or elsewhere, will be considered disrespectful and may lead to the removal of forum privileges. As well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership and / or any other benefits.
4. ADVERTISEMENTS
4.1. Each ad can be made profitable only once every 24 hours per user.
4.2. LuckyPTC accepts almost any kind of advertisement, however some content is not consistent with the quality of our service. Pages involving: pornography / illegal content / malicious codes / direct or indirect forms of racism or sexism / page redirection / any other content that we deem as inappropriate, are all prohibited. Any advertisement containing prohibited content will be denied.
4.3. Viewing the advertisements on cell phones / mobiles / hand-held devices, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
5. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY
5.1. All attempts to hack or cheat our system are being monitored and logged. We are monitoring LuckyPTC for piracy attempts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
5.2. Upon requesting payment, if any attempts of cheating/piracy have been discovered, payment will be canceled and account suspended.
5.3. The end result to any attempts of piracy is account suspension.
6. PAYMENTS TO USERS
6.1. Payments can only be requested once every X days ( depends on your account type. For more information visit Help page or Upgrades page).
6.2. All payments are instant or manual ( For more information visit Help page or Cashout page ). However for security reasons, account investigation and possible heavy traffic on the server, we can take up to 48 hours ( if it is instant payment ) after your request to make the deposit in your payment processor of choice.
6.3. All payments made to our users will be made through payment processors. Members who wish to be paid by LuckyPTC need to have an account with one or more of payment processors ( to check full list of payment processors, visit Help page or Cashout page ).
6.4. Ensure that the payment processor account you create is with a company that that allows payments to your country. Also make sure that you’ve started your session from a computer within the physical boundaries of said nation.
6.5. Once the cash-out has been processed and payment has been made by LuckyPTC, we assume no further responsibility for any issue caused by the payment processor companies.
6.6. You can only request an unlimited amount to be paid to the payment processor you’ve used to make the most of your purchases in monetary amount. The maximum amount you can request to the other payment processors is equal to the value of the purchases you’ve made through them individually. In the event of equal most value of purchases between two or more payment processors you can make an unlimited payment request for each one that is part of the par. This whole option might be switched off.
6.7. In order to cash-out for the first time you need to have made X advertisements clicks ( depends on your account type, For more information visit Help page or Upgrades page ) and have at least $X.00 ( depends on payment processor, For more information visit Help page or Cashout page ) in your account. Maximum cashout is always, no matter if the 6.6 point is On or switched off. From the amount paid, a fee can be deducted depending on the payment processor you use.
6.8. LuckyPTC members are expected to accept their payments via their payment processor within 30 days of of being paid. Failure to do so will result in the payment being cleared from our system and nonrefundable.
6.9. We make no refunds or reimbursements to account values after payments have been sent.
6.10. Your email/account with payment processor must be valid and actually exist. All payments will be sent to the chosen account and can not be canceled or refunded. It is your responsibility to fill in these details correctly.
7. PAYMENTS TO SERVICE
7.1. After payment has been made to LuckyPTC, it belongs to LuckyPTC with no possibility of repayment.
7.2. Any kind of dispute / refund request / attempt to charge-back, will be repealed by LuckyPTC and the member will have their account suspended.
7.3. Any payment made to LuckyPTC needs to be done through the links displayed directly on our site only. Any other forms will not be accepted.
8. LIABILITY
8.1. LuckyPTC reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, in addition to fees, special offers, benefits and rules. LuckyPTC also reserves the right to cancel its services any time without notice.
8.2. LuckyPTC is not responsible for any tax payment required by you based on what you receive from LuckyPTC. It’s your responsibility to declare what you’ve received and pay your country’s taxes.
8.3. LuckyPTC will not be held responsible for any of its users or advertisers. This also includes every supplier we depend on.
8.4. LuckyPTC will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to LuckyPTC and therefore beyond our control.
9. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
9.1. Certain information about members will be stored confidentially in order to help identify cheaters.
9.2. We reserve the right to suspend an account for a valid reason, including reasons not covered by a violation of the Terms of Service.
9.3. We do not delete user accounts in any way for any reason.
9.4. After 15 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently suspended after 30 days of inactivity.
9.5. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
9.6. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.
